The 32nd Global Warming Prevention Panel Exhibition was held at the Former Bank of Japan Hiroshima Branch, First Floor lobby, in Naka-ku Fukuromachi, Hiroshima City.
This year, marking 80 years since the end of the war, we held an "Exhibition of Panels on Preventing Global Warming" at the former Hiroshima branch of the Bank of Japan, a building that survived the atomic bombing. This building was provided to Hiroshima City free of charge by the Bank of Japan in July 2000. In Hiroshima City, the facility is intended to be used for cultural activities and other purposes that are in line with the spirit of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial City Construction Law.
Our organization decided to hold the event at this location because we believe that "recent global warming is causing floods and droughts worldwide, leading to hunger and poverty, and even wars. By improving climate change, natural disasters will decrease, and people will be able to live calm and peaceful lives under a stable climate."
In this questionnaire survey, we received the following feedback: "It summarized things that we, who live on Earth, need to think about. Thank you for giving me this opportunity."
In the future, we will continue to incorporate new information and keep in mind exhibitions that are easy to understand so that as many people as possible can understand the current problems. Thank you very much for coming.
