The 39th Global Warming Prevention Panel Exhibition was held at the Former Bank of Japan Hiroshima Branch, First Floor lobby, in Naka-ku Fukuromachi, Hiroshima City.

On September 6, during the panel exhibition period, we held the "Global Warming Prevention Panel Exhibition Opening Event" in the general office area on the first floor of the branch. Moderated by weather forecaster Kyoko Katsumaru and titled "To Preserve a Beautiful Blue Earth," the event aimed to discuss the current state of global warming and the organization's related activities.

The event was attended not only by the organization's officers and members but also by many former colleagues from Hiroshima City Hall—where I used to work—and younger members from my university club; it was a deeply moving experience for me.

While there were approximately 60 participants in this survey (an estimate based on reporting by the Chugoku News paper), we received responses from more than 30 of them.

In this questionnaire survey, we received the following feedback: "I decided to get involved in eelgrass conservation activities as well. I felt that if actions close to home could help prevent global warming, I should start doing them right away." "We received a very clear explanation regarding the global social issue of global warming—specifically, the current situation and what individuals can do about it."

In the future, we will continue to incorporate new information and keep in mind exhibitions that are easy to understand so that as many people as possible can understand the current problems. Thank you very much for coming.
